Thermae Pilates teaches classical and progressive styles. We offer semi-private sessions with only 2 to 4 clients per class. The small, intimate class size allows your instructor to assist you when needed, correcting your form and making sure class is flowing for everyone. As you advance, so will your training. Go from bent knees to straight legs to hovering the legs two inches above the ground and lifting to a perfect teaser position. Your instructor encourages you to keep challenging yourself so your semi-private sessions are motivating and never boring. Just when you perfect a move, your instructor guides you to the next level. A beautiful strength develops throughout your entire body beginning within the first 3 sessions.

Introductory Program: 3 private 30 minute sessions $70
Semi-Private: 60 minute session $45 | 5 or more sessions $40 per session

Reformer Sessions: Strength and endurance training using spring resistance works all your muscles from your neck to your toes. Begin with bent knees and gradually advance to teaser transitions. You will see a difference in 3 sessions and will marvel at the changes to your body by session 12. Your waist pulls in, strength increases in every muscle, and your body looks longer and leaner. A healthy, strong body with a firm rear is a Pilates body, and it can be your body, too.

Mat Sessions: Flowing movement, precision, control and breath are all a part of Pilates, and nothing challenges these foundational skills more than matwork. Some think that matwork is the easiest of all Pilates workouts, but actually Joseph Pilates designed the reformer equipment to get your body ready for the mat. The goal of matwork is to achieve perfect form while using your own body against gravity. Modifications are available if you have neck or back issues, allowing you to strengthen your core and supporting muscles without losing alignment.

Private Sessions and Introductory Program: This training is geared to exactly your needs and level. These one-on-one private sessions with a trainer allow you to go at a pace (slower for the beginner or challenging for the advanced). This enables you to continually perfect your form, increase strength and reach your personal goals. The focus is also on learning the principles of Pilates and modifications to movements so you train your muscles correctly and do not start habits that will be hard to change as you advance. Three 30-minute private sessions are available in this Introductory Program. All beginners must train privately prior to joining a group session to ensure their comfortability with all modifications and movements. Call or text for available times as reserved spots are limited.
